料金＆寄付金：￥2,100（コース料理、ドリンク別）＋寄付金￥1,000 から（合計￥3,100 ）＊中にバーがありますので、ドリンクは個人で購入可（キャッシュオン）
期日：申込は6月20日（水）20：00PMまで

＊注：　毎回数名連絡なしのキャンセルや、当日キャンセル／当日突然参加が発生しております。その方々の不足した食事代は、こちらでの負担や、寄付金からの補填によりまかなっておりましたが、引き続いていることと、本来のチャリティーの目的に反しますので、今後は予約頂いた人数分は、来られていなくても請求させて頂きますので当時のキャンセルなきようお願い致します。

Kansai Bangladesh Charity Dinner Party.

Access: JR Tozai-line, KITA-SHINCHI ST. 1 minute / Subway Yotsubashi-line, NISHI-UMEDA ST. 3 minute / JR OSAKA ST. 5 minute
Price and Contributions: JPY2,100 for Dinner (Drink is excluded) & at least JPY1,000 ~ for Charity (Total: JPY3,100 ~)
* There is a bar in the restaurant so please feel free to order drinks. (Cash on the spot)
Deadline: Please let me know by 8:00 pm on Sunday 20th June 2012 (sooner if at all possible) whether you can come , together with attendees' names and contact details. If you are coming in a group of 5 or more, early notification would be especially appreciated :)

Note: There have been frequent no-shows or last minute cancellations in the past, and this has been threatening to become chronic. The restaurant has to be paid for such dinners, and so far this has been done out of private pocket money or the donations, a very unsatisfactory state of affairs. The opposite case of unreserved last minute attendances is also a problem.
