キャンプ場貸し切りにして、音楽ガンガン流します。
50人以上から予約確定となるので、人数の確認が必要です。
コミュ以外のメンバーを含めてすでに40名ちょっと参加が決まってます。マックスは70名。
参加人数をキャンプ場に連絡するため、27日中に参加の連絡をお願いします。

５月７日BBQの詳細が決定しました。

参加費は食材、宿泊施設にビールかワイン１ドリンク付きで6,000円です。
宿泊する方はゴミ代300円別途です。
ビールは生で１杯300円。500mくらい入るコップをこちらで用意しますが、自分のジョッキを持って来くれば500m以上でも300円！
ビールサーバーなので空き缶もでなくエコロジーかと。
その他飲み物持ち込み自由です。

スタートは７日午後１時から、野外での音楽は午後１０時まで。
食材は翌朝分まで用意予定。

キャンプ場は自然人村です。

野外ですので、夜はちょい寒いはず。上着を忘れずに！
イスやブランケット、ピクニックシートなど、各自くつろぎグッズを持ってくるのをオススメします。

キャンプ場詳細：JR武蔵五日市駅から1.7km(徒歩20分orタクシー1ﾒｰﾀｰ)
新宿より電車で1時間。（車で来るのもOK！駐車場は１２００円だそうです）
緑に囲まれたキャンプ場で森林浴しましょーっ

A quick update on the sundown BBQ happening at shizenjinmura in on May 7th at the end of golden week.

We will be preparing a varied BBQ food menu, beginning with a trip to tsukiji fish market in the morning for tuna steaks & fresh seafood, we will also have giant yakitori, fresh salads, vege burgers and more.

To rent shizenjinmura out completely (which is necessary in order to be able to play music there) is 147 000 yen. Adding in food, generator rental, PA & haulage brings it to a cost of 6000 per head. We will not be profiting from this event, just covering costs.

Chilled draft beer will also be available on tap for 300 yen a glass. Bonus here is that if you bring your own glass, even if its a big old stein, its still 300 yen.. so bring along your mugs, get some cheap beer and be friendly to the earth.

We will be starting at 1pm on saturday and music will be going till 10pm.
The food charge will include breakfast sunday morning for those who stay the night.

We need to get 50 people confirmed in order to make it happen. We already have around 40 people confirmed, so if you are interested in coming, please contact us (info@sundown.jp) with numbers of people by wednesday 27th April. There will be an maximum of 70 people, so if you're keen, please let us know asap.
