Larry Teeはニューヨークを拠点に活躍するDJ、音楽プロデューサーであり、2001年、メディアの注目を集めて話題となった”エレクトロ・クラッシュ”の創始者である。ニューヨークで開催されていたエレクトロ・クラッシュのフェスティバルなどは、Larry Teeが中心となっていた。
このジャンルは、よりアーティスティックでアンダーグラウンドな音を好み、それまでのエレクトロニック・ミュージックに対する反抗心から生まれたものである。
そのムーブメントに賛同していたバンドなどは、ニュー・ウェイヴやモダンアートからインスピレーションを得て、シンセサイザーを使ったポップサウンドを生み出し、従来の典型的なライブハウスなどではなく、アートギャラリーなどでライブを開催していた。
エレクトロクラッシュのパイオニアとして、Larry TeeはRu Paul, Scissor Sisters, Fischerspooner, Peaches, W.I.T., Felix Da Housecat, 2 Many DJs/Soulwax, そしてAvenue Dなどのアーティストのキャリア構築に貢献した。Larry Teeは、Ru Paulの代表曲”Supermodel(You better Work)”を共同で創作し、映画『パーティー・モンスター』でも有名であり、90年代に実在したパーティーDisco 2000をスタート。毎週ROXYにてDJを行っていた。

多くのアーティストととの活動に影響を受け、後にブランドンは自身でもDJ活動を開始。

Jeans Teamはベルリンを活動拠点とするエレクトロバンドであり、1995年より活動をしている。
ドイツ語を織り交ぜながら、ダンスと複雑なポップな要素を含んだ楽曲はユニークそのもの。
"Keine Melodien", "Baby 3", "Oh Bauer", "Das Zelt"などの楽曲で人気を博した。
Jeans Teamの創設メンバーであるFranz Schütte、Reimo Herfortは90年代後半に人気を誇った最も魅力的で刺激的なベルリンのアンダーグラウンドなクラブgalerie berlintokioの創立者でもある。そこを拠点にライブ活動などを行い、Henning Watkinson やGunther Kreisと出会い、楽曲をプロデュース。1998年に自身のレーベルNadel Einsよりパンク・シングルをリリースして以来、現在に至るまで多くのリリース、世界ツアーなどを行っている。

By definition Larry Tee is the father of Electroclash.
His early life included co-authoring RuPaul's anthem “Supermodel ( You Better Work ),”!he launched and named the infamous DISCO 2000 of Party Monster movie fame, and, at one point, DJ'ed the ROXY weekly.
Let’s start with Electroclash … after gaining media
attention in 2001 - notably due to the popularity and new sound generating from Larry Tee’s events – this new electronic music sound (a product of New Wave sound, modern art attitude, and a Larry Tee ‘point-of-view’) resulted in the launch of such current bands as the Scissor Sisters, Fischerspooner, Peaches, Felix da Housecat and Avenue D; all of whom have had
over 2.2 million views on Myspace’s music site,
and -the later - are within today’s top 100 most played artists in the Indie Label/Electro category in the USA.
As for Larry Tee - the man – he has recently released his first artist album titled “Club Badd”
featuring some of the world's most oversized personalities, including internet star Jeffree Star, and, conceivably, an

Brandon is one half chief&mischief, the duo responsible for
introducing their brand of D.I.Y. fashion to an expanding list of discerning tastemakers.
Before co-launching c&m, Brandon was a mainstay in the NYC emerging music scene, producing music events with downtown NYC luminaries, such as DJ CAT NYC, Roxy Cottontail, and Fiona Bloom, featuring a list of artists that seems almost prophetic. 33hz, Spank Rock, Diplo, Chin Chin and Purple Crush have all performed at appeared at his various events.
Brandon was so inspired by the artists he worked with, he decided to take a turn at DJing. While Brandon doesn't profess to be the most technically adept DJ, his choice in music is a lot like his designs, bold, eclectic and always fresh.
chief&mischief also has also brought a taste of NYC to Tokyo,

Jeans Team is an electronic band based in Berlin, Germany, that has been creating music since 1995. Their unique sound combines elements of dance music with complex pop-structures, using few (mostly German) lyrics. Since 2007, inspired by the film “Party Monster,” she has been the creative force behind an outrageous costume party at The Pink Cow.
Miki's limitless energy, passion for music, and willingness to take chances, makes her one to watch in Tokyo's underground.
