First Regular "Host Support Gathering" on 9/10 at Saizeriya in Takadanobaba.

はじめまして、東京在住のkyonと申します。
このたび、東京地区ではTokyo Event Organizersのグループを立ち上げ、その活動の第一回として、東京地区のホスト達の情報交換会を開催することにしました。

こちらのコミュでも色々な意見や情報が交換されていますが、ホストやガイドをする楽しさと同時に、苦労もあります。疲れちゃって、もう二度とホストなんかするか！なんて思っちゃうこともあるかもしれません。でも、同じような経験を持つ仲間と楽しみや苦労を共有すれば、自分のペースでホストを続けていくことができるんじゃないかな、と思っています。

Tokyo hosts unite~!!

The Tokyo community is often spread out and disconnected in this large and busy city. The stress of hosting can weigh down on us, and sometimes its important to be able to share information/experiences with other hosts.
Because of that we've decided to have a monthly "Host Support Gathering", just for hosts to gather, share information, build each other up, and just generally get to know each other.

This is NOT targeted to travelers, so we will NOT be answering any Tokyo travel questions, etc...
If you are a traveler and you want to come to show your support for the hosts and share your experience as a host in your own country, you're welcome, but this gathering is meant for TOKYO HOSTS -- not travelers. ^^
The 3rd Wednesdays at Cantina, and other events in Tokyo are meant for travelers, so please come out to those.

The first one will be on Thursday, September 10th from 8pm.
We've set the meeting spot at Saizeriya in Takadanobaba because it's easy to find (near the regular meeting spot), large and uncrowded, near a major central station, and simply because no-one had a better idea. In the future, we'd like to do it other places, so please think of a place that might be appropriate and share it with us if you can.

Let's all unite and lift each other up as hosts here in Tokyo!

Directions:
We will meet at the Saizeriya just past the Cantina, where we meet for regular Wednesday gatherings.
It's the next building on the second floor. If you go to the Cantina, you should be able to see it very easily from there.
