ドイツ人ママ、アネッタのお料理教室１０月度のご案内です。
今月のテーマはドイツ料理。
ご存知の方も多いかと思いますが、毎年９月末から１０月の第一日曜日まで
南ドイツのミュンヘンで行われるビール祭り「オクトーバーフェスト」。
上海のドイツ料理レストランでも見かけますが、有名なブラートブルストという
ソーセージだけでなく、いろんな種類の肉料理が出されます。

レッスンでは伝統的かつ繊細な肉料理と、秋の野菜、様々なスパイスや
ハーブを使ったお料理を作ります。


★メニュー：キュウリの冷製スープwithクリームチーズ、ミント添え
　　　　　子牛のルラード（肉で詰め物を巻いたもの）withカリフラワー、ハチミツ漬けビート
　　　　　チーズケーキwithバタービスケット
★日時：１０月１０日（水）　１０時半〜１３時半
★場所：緑谷ビラ５０４号室　剣河路９９９号（×青渓路）
★持ち物：エプロン、筆記用具、ハンドタオル

Dear ladies,

October is the month of Octoberfest in Munich, south of Germany, where thousands of visitors enjoy carnival rides, traditional German clothes such as Dirndl and Lederhosen and of course traditional German beer and food. Besides the famous “Bratwurst”, all kinds of hearty meat dishes are served.

For the cooking lessons, I chose traditional and delicate meat dishes with autumn vegetables and different spices and herbs. You will learn how to fry/roast vegetables to give taste and how to cook a tradition “German Roulade” (meat rolls) with different fillings. I hope, you can join for a 3-course feast.

I will offer three German cooking classes (two 3-hour and one 2-hour-lesson) in October:
Wednesday 10th October
(10.30 am – 1.30pm) Chilled Cucumber Soup with Cream Cheese and Mint,
Veal Roulade with Cauliflower and roasted honeyed beet root,
Cheese Cake with butter cakes
Friday 12th October
(10.30 am – 1.30pm) Asparagus soup with Sparkling wine
Beef Roulade with mushroom-herb filling and Mango Chutney
Snow white- Cake
Thursday 18th October
(10.30 am – 12.30pm) Leek potato soup
Chicken roulade with beans
The 2-hour lesson is from 10.30 until 12.30. Price: 200 RMB including wine and coffee.
The two 3-hour lessons will be from 10.30 until 1.30. Price: 300 RMB, including sparkling wine, wine and coffee.
