Christmas is coming up and I would like to cook special Christmas menus with you in December. I will offer four classes this month, only offer 3-hour-classes with two different main dishe. Both main dishes take long, because they need some time in the oven. From January on, I will offer 2-hour classes again.
The menu for the first lesson will be: Starter: Sparkling wine mustard cream soup, Main dish: Stuffed goose with potato roses and red cabbage Dessert: Cinnamon Parfait with plum sauce and hot red wine with spices.
The dates for this 3-hour lesson are as follows: on the 8th (Thursday) and the 16th (Friday)
The menu for the second 3-hour lesson will be: Starter: Sparkling wine mustard cream soup Main dish: Duck à l`Orange with potato roses and brussels sprouts Dessert: Cinnamon Parfait with plum sauce and hot red wine with spices.
The dates for this 3-hour-lesson will be the 12 th (Monday) and the 14th (Wednesday). (All lessons will be from 10.30 till 13.30 on both dates. The price is 300 RMB, sparkling wine and hot red wine with spices).
