As I had announced to some of you before, I will invite you to a cooking party on Friday, 28th of October from 12 until 2.30 pm. For this party, I will cook myself and prepare appetizers, wine and sparkling wine (only this time, next time you have to cook with me again In November I am planning to do appetizer and wine lessons with you, where you will learn to cook different appetizers, I will offer at the party.
The appetizers for the party will be as follows:

The price for this party will be 150 RMB p.p. including appetizers, wine and sparkling wine.
One more announcement: We will have a special guest from France, who used to be my neighbor in Green Valley here in Shanghai. Her name is Ann-Laure Monfret. She will do a short presentation about the book she wrote while living in China. The name of the book is: Saving Face (opposite of loosing face). She will present a few anecdotes (stories) about cultural differences, also in food and eating culture. I think, this will be very interesting for all of us.
