梅の花ウォークの参加者を大募集！！
大阪城公園内の梅林散策＆国際交流会！！
交流会では簡単で仲良くなれる楽しいゲームもする予定です
定員が埋まり次第締め切ります。
開催日 ： ２０１９年３月３日（日）
集合場所： ＪＲ大阪城公園駅 改札を出てすぐ左のスペース(2階）（ＪＲ大阪城公園駅の改札は２階にあります。駅と地上は階段でつながっていますが階段を下りないでください）
集合時間： 11:30AM (遅刻しないでください）
雨天決行です
参加費 ： 500円 （交流会はお茶とお菓子つき）
梅ウォークのみの参加の場合でも500円です。
会場のスペースの関係で、定員が埋まり次第募集を締め切ります。お早目にお申込み下さい。
申込：２０１９年３月１日までに、
kansaihappyclub@gmail.com宛に、必要事項を送信して下さい。
申込受付メールが返信されてきます。当日受付の際、申し込みのお名前をお知らせください。
必要事項
１）ご氏名 ２）当日連絡のつく電話番号 ３）出身国
（お友達と一緒にご参加の場合、電話番号は代表の方のみでＯＫですが、ご氏名と出身国は全員お知らせ下さい）
予定 ： 梅林散策の後、交流会（１PM〜４：３０PM）
備考：
１）キャンセル、欠席、遅刻の場合は必ずご連絡下さい。遅刻者をスタッフは駅まで迎えに行けません。
２）国際文化交流を目的としたイベントですので、特定の政治・宗教団体等への誘導・宣伝や商行為、ナンパを目的とする参加はお断りします。
３）ウォークの後の交流会に参加しない場合は定員を超えた後も参加を受け付けますが、申し込みメールは必ず送ってください。なお梅ウォークのみの参加費も５００円です。
４）受付メールが返信されてこない場合、受付は完了していません。こちらからのメールが「迷惑メール」と判断され、迷惑メールフォルダーに振り分けられていないか、パソコンからのメールを受信拒否していないか等ご確認下さい。
５）日本人と外国人参加者の人数バランスをとるため、日本人の参加申込を早めに締め切ることがあります。
6)食べ物（ランチ）やスナックをパーティーにお持ち込いただけます。

Meeting Time: 11:30 AM (Please be on time as we will not wait for late comers)
Meeting Place: JR Osakajo-Koen Station(Loop Line),
The JR Osakajo-Koen station exit is on the second floor, so please wait there.
Participation fee: 500 yen (includes tea and snacks)
Reservation: Send the following information to:

（If you apply with your friends, Please provide all of your friends name and their nationalities but there is no need to provide your friends phone numbers.）
Please sign up on or before 1st March 2019.

Apricot Blossom Viewing Walk: 11:45 AM〜1 PM
Party:１PM〜4:30 PM
How to get there: Osakajo-koen Station is on the JR Loop Line and is a 10 minutes (4 stations, 160 yen for a ticket) ride from JR Osaka Station. Please take Loop Line at plat form 2 (the outer loop tracks) in JR Osaka station.
We will close the application when the number reaches full of seating capacity.
Please note: If you attend the walk and can’t attend the party, the participation is 500yen.
Notice:
1) If you don't show up and don't contact to cancel your place first, you will not be allowed to join our future events.Even if you come late, our staff can’t go to station to meet you. So if you come late, you will have to find the park or party place yourself.
2) Any religious or commercial activities or pick up are prohibited at the Walk and Party.
3) There is no seating capacity for the walk but there is seating capacity for the party. We wish you to sign up for the event earlier because this is a very popular event.
We welcome you to join the walk without reservations. However reservations are recommended.
4）If you don’t receive email reply from us, your application has not accepted. Please check your junk emails folder and check if you have blocked email from PC.
5）In order to balance the numbers of Japanese and foreign participants, we may close the application from Japanese participants earlier.
6) It is OK to bring lunch and snacks to the Party. You can buy lunch at a supermarket near the party venue.
