3年ぶりにバッチリ花火が見える淀川河川公園で、わいわい楽しみましょう。参加者募集中です。

開催日 ：2016年8月6日（土）
集合時間：4：00ＰＭ
集合場所：阪神電車 野田駅改札を出たところ（梅田から2つめの駅）
（kansai happy international clubと書かれた小さな旗をスタッフが持っています）
お申し込み締め切り：2016年8月4日 9ｐｍ
参加費：会設立10周年記念の感謝をこめて無料（敷物を用意しますので、必ず申し込みをしてください 申し込みをしていない方にはご参加いただけません）
持ち物：ご自分用の飲み物や夕食
氷を入れたクーラーボックスの持参を歓迎します。みんなで分け合えるお菓子や食べ物や飲み物は大歓迎！！虫よけスプレーやウェットティッシュがあると便利です。
雨天でも花火は決行されますが、パーティーは中止します。お天気があやしい場合は、当日朝１０時に天気予報を確認後、パーティー開催について当ウェブサイトでお知らせします。申し込み者には個別に連絡しませんのでご注意下さい。
お申し込み方法：kansaihappyclub@gmail.com宛てに必要事項をメールして下さい。メールのタイトルは、「淀川花火申し込み」でお願いします。
1)ご氏名（ニックネームではなくフルネームでお願いします）とふりがな 2)出身国 3)当日連絡のつく電話番号 4)複数参加の場合は、全員のご氏名と出身国 5）遅れてこられる場合は会場到着時間 （スタッフは遅刻者を駅まで迎えにいけません）
イベントの流れ：
阪神野田駅集合 ー 徒歩 − 淀川河川公園の会場到着 − パーティー開始（フリートーク） − 花火鑑賞（7:40−8:40ｐｍごろ）ー 解散
会場の場所：（遅れて来られる方向けの情報です）
淀川河川公園の駐車場より川に向かって右側、つまり花火側(梅田側）の芝生に場所取りします。（3年前と同じ場所です）行き方は、阪神野田駅ーウィステを右手に川に向かって直進。途中右手にファミリーマートがあり、そのまま直進。二手に分かれた突き当りを左折、坂を上って土手に上がり坂を下ります。川に向かって左側に駐車場があるので、その右側です。詳しくは、下記の地図をご参照ください）
注意事項
１）集合時間と遅刻について
場所取りをかねて、早めの集合時間を設定しています。見物客が多い為、花火開始時間に近づくにつれ携帯がつながらなくなり、暗くて人も多いため、私たちのいる場所を探しにくくなりますので、原則４時００分に集合してください。
２）特定の政治・宗教団体等への誘導・宣伝や商行為を目的とする参加はお断りします。
３）当会は、活動中の貴重品の紛失、怪我、事故等の責任を負いませんのでご了承ください。

Meeting place：Hanshin Railway- Noda station (2 stations from Umeda), at the ticket gate.
※You will see a member of staff holding a flag written ‘Kansai Happy International Club’.

Participation Fee: Free (10th anniversary special)
Things to bring: Your own drinks and food
(There are no food stands around the place where we will watch the fireworks)
Seating capacity：50 people
We would appreciate it if you would bring food, snacks, or cooler box with icepack to share with other participants,
Insect repellent and wet tissues will be helpful.
We will cancel this party in case of rain. If we are not sure about the weather, we will put information on this website, around 10:30 AM on 6th August. We will not send an individual message to each participant about this.

How to get there:
To “Noda Hanshin station”
Train: “Noda Hanshin station” is 2 stations away from Umeda station by Hanshin railway (1 station from Umeda by rapid train and 2 stations from Umeda by local train.) The underground Umeda terminal of Hanshin Railway is located south of Osaka Station, next to underground of Hanshin Department Store.

How to get to the party place at Yodogawa Kasen Park:
On foot: From Hanshin Noda station, walk towards Yodogawa River (WISTE shopping mall is on the right side) you will see Family Mart convenience store on the right side so keep going straight, turn left at the end of the road, go up and down the slope. We will be at the right side of the parking area. For the details, please see the following map.

Notice:
1) Meeting time and late comers
We will be there early because this event is so popular. After 6pm, the telephone line can only be used for emergency calls and it will be difficult to find us since it will be dark and will be too many people. We suggest you come early. If you come on time, you can have more time to get to know each other while waiting for the fireworks.
2) Please Note any religious or commercial activities are prohibited at the party.
3) Please note that we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or accident during the event.
