第8回梅の花ウォークの参加者を大募集！！
大阪城公園内の梅林を散策して梅の花を観賞した後、貸し切りの和室で交流会！！
交流会はお茶とスナックつき。どんな国の人も楽しめる簡単でおもしろい賞品つきゲームをします。
大阪城公園内の梅林には約 95 種 1270本の梅の木があって、とってもきれいですよ！！
参加予定者の出身国：サウジアラビア、日本、ホンジュラス（アイウエオ順）の４か国です。
（２月１０日現在）申込者の出身国は順次更新します。
開催日 ： ２０１４年３月１日（土）
開催時間：梅林散策 １１：１５ＡＭ〜１２：１５ＰＭ 交流会 １ＰＭ〜４ＰＭ 会場 クレオ大阪東
集合場所： ＪＲ大阪城公園駅 改札を出てすぐ左のスペース(2階）（ＪＲ大阪城公園駅の改札は２階にあります。駅と地上は階段でつながっていますが階段を下りないでください。）
集合時間： １１：００ＡＭ (遅刻しないでください！遅れてもお待ちできません。）
受付時間：１１：００ＡＭ〜１１：１５ＡＭ
出発時間： １１：１５ＡＭ
雨天決行です
参加費 ： ５００円（梅林散策＆交流会）梅林散策のみ、交流会のみの参加でも５００円かかります。交流会の会場のスペースの関係で定員が集まり次第申込を締め切りますので、お早目にお申込み下さい。
持物：お弁当と飲み物（交流会会場の近くのスーパー玉出でお弁当や飲み物を買う時間を設けます。）
簡単なスナックや飲み物はこちらでご用意しています。

備考：
１）キャンセル、欠席、遅刻の場合は必ずご連絡下さい。キャンセル待ちの出る人気イベントですのでご協力をお願いします。連絡なしに欠席された場合、今後パーティーに参加頂けなくなります。なお、遅刻されてもスタッフは駅まで迎えに行くことができませんので、自力で集合場所や交流会場までお越し下さい。
２）国際文化交流を目的とした交流会ですので、特定の政治・宗教団体等への誘導・宣伝や商行為、ナンパを目的とする参加はお断りします。
３）定員があります。人気のイベントですので例年定員が早く埋まりますのでお早目にお申込み下さい。交流会に参加しない場合は当日参加もＯＫですが、その場合でも参加費に割引はありません。
４）受付メールが返信されてこない場合は、受付は完了していません。こちらからのメールが「迷惑メール」と判断され、迷惑メールフォルダーに振り分けられていないか、パソコンからのメールを受信拒否していないか等ご確認下さい。
５）日本人と外国人参加者の人数バランスをとるため、日本人の参加申込を早めに締め切ることがあります。

Enjoy the Apricot Blossoms and see about 95 different kinds of Japanese apricot flowers, 1270 trees in total bloom, in Ume Glove.
After the walk, we will have a party at a Japanese style room. We prepare drinks, snacks and simple but funny games with prizes!!
Make new friends and find language exchange partners.
It will be held rain or shine. All are welcome!!

Meeting Time:11am (Please be on time as we will not wait for late comers)

Things to bring：lunch and drink（You can buy them at super market called Tamade, near the Party Place. We will provide snacks and drinks）
Meeting Place: JR Osakajo-Koen Station (Loop Line),
The JR Osakajo-Koen station exit is on the second floor, so please wait there.
How to get there: Osakajo-koen Station is on the JR Loop Line and is a 10 minutes (4 stations, 160 yen for a ticket) ride from JR Osaka Station. Please take Loop Line at plat form 2 (the outer loop tracks) in JR Osaka station.
Participation Fee: 500 yen (Apricot Blossom Viewing Walk & Party includes drinks and snacks）We will close the application when the number reaches full of seating capacity.
Please note:There is no discount even if you attend the walk and can’t attend the party.

Notice:
1) If you don't show up and don't contact to cancel your place first, you will not be allowed to join our future events. Even if you come late, our staff can’t go to station to meet you. So if you come late, you will have to find the park or party place yourself.
2) Any religious or commercial activities or pick up are prohibited at the Walk and Party.
3) There is no seating capacity for the walk but there is seating capacity for the party. We wish you to sign up for the event earlier because this is a very popular event.
We welcome you to join the walk without reservations. However reservations are recommended. Even if you don’t attend the party there is no discount for the participation fee.
4）If you don’t receive email reply from us, your application has not accepted. Please check your junk emails folder and check if you have blocked email from PC.
5）In order to balance the numbers of Japanese and foreign participants, we may close the application from Japanese participants earlier.
