11:00 two hour tour in Hikone Castle and Genkyuen Garden by a volunteer tour guide in English
(Admission fee/ castle \600 museum \500/ set ticket \1,000)
Guide tour/ free in charge, but \1,000yen as guide’s transportation fare

13:00 three hour free time for lunch, museums, town walking, and shopping

16:47 the local line at Hikone Station
16:52 Maibara Station
16:59 transfer to another local train at Maibara
