The Sunshine Underground
2005 年にデビューし、ディスコ・パンク〜ニューレイヴ・シーンを担った英リーズ出身のロック・バンド、The Sunshine Underground。2006年に発表したアルバム『Raise The Alarm』で好セールスを記録し、ここ日本でも高い人気を獲得している。2010年2月には待望のニュー・アルバム、『Nobody's Coming To Save You』をリリースし、今回 2007年Summer Sonic 以来の来日が決定。2010年4月23日 (金) ＠原宿Astro Hallでの単独公演、4月25日(日)にはBRITISH ANTHEMS LIVE SHOWS 2010＠新木場スタジオコーストに出演する。

After a month off, Tokyo Indie is BACK and we are doing it in style! Joining us for this very special event will be none other the The Sunshine Underground for an exclusive Tokyo DJ set. For those of you unfamiliar with the band, here are the boys ripping it up at Summer Sonic 2007:

The Sunshine Underground emerged from the vibrant Leeds music scene and have gone on to become a top act internationally, recently releasing their second album; "Nobody's Coming to Save You". They were part of the infamous "NME Rave" tour in the UK alongside The Klaxons, CSS and New Pony Club which was famed for it's riotous gigs:
