超入門ベリーダンスワークショップを行います。12歳以上の男女の参加をお待ちしています！
講師はクララ先生。県内外で活躍するダンサーで、海外での受賞歴あり。全ての人が魅了される素敵な方です☆彡
ベリーダンスは伝統的なオリエンタルダンスのひとつです。コアマッスル（体幹筋）が引き締まり、全身運動のため体力がつきます。ベリーダンスに興味のある方、運動不足を感じている方、ダンスを楽しみましょう！
基礎の動きからゆっくりと始めていきます。ダンスをしたことがない方、運動が苦手な方もぜひ挑戦してみて下さい。経験者の方も参加できますが、はじめて学ぶ方に合わせて進めていきますので、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
※11歳以下のお子様を連れもお気軽にどうぞ。託児のご用意はありませんが、お子様がぐずったら外に出ていただいてかまいません。また、お子様の面倒をみる付添いの方は見学無料です。
・準備するもの
動きやすい格好（上はダボダボすぎないTシャツやパーカーなど、下はスウェットやヨガパンツなど）、タオル、お水、足をふくウェットティッシュ。
※裸足で踊るのでシューズは必要ありません。

＊ゴミはお持ち帰りにご協力お願いします。
＊こちらは交流を目的としたボランティアベースのイベントになります。準備・片づけなど随時お手伝いをお願いする場合もあります。不慣れな点もあるかと思いますが、ご理解ご協力のほどお願い致します。

Krara
2006年よりCaren Belly Dance studioにてCareｎ氏のもとでベリーダンスを始める。
のちTOMOKA氏、Ellinga氏、Studio Lapis主宰青木香葉氏らに師事。
Qamarah氏に学ぶ。
様々なスタイルのダンスを学び独自のスタイルも表現もしている。
2010 Turkish delight festivalにてステージパフォーマンスに参加。
世界のトップダンサーのワークショップにも積極的に参加。
茨城県内外でインストラクターをしながら様々なイベントで精力的に活動中。

Belly dance is an expressive and mysterious art form, and one of the oldest forms of dance. It’s also one of the most fun!
Attend our workshops to get a feel for the dance. Any men and women aged 12 and over can participate in the event.

*We don’t have change, so please bring the exact amount fee.
*Children aged 11 or under are not admitted to the lesson, but, you can bring them.We will not provide a sitter.If your children will not stay there quiet,please go out the lesson room be quiet.Also you can bring a child-sitter yourself.
*We will use shopping center parking near each community center.Those parkings space is limited and we would appreciate if you could come in a group by sharing a car.
*Please take your own garbage home with you.
*This is a volunteer based event hosted to promote goodwill and interaction with others. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
*Wear comfortable clothes(tight-fitting T-shirts or hooded sweatshirt and Yoga pants or sweatpants etc.)
Bring towels, something to soft drinks and wet tissue for wipe bare feet.
