日本在住ムスリムに日本の家庭料理や日本各地の郷土料理を食べてもらう催し第二弾です。
今回は山口県の郷土料理「けんちょう」をメインに数品、その他に炊き込みご飯、肉団子などを用意します。
日本各地には、日本人ですら知らない特色ある料理が沢山あります。それを日本人Muslimaの指導の元、ハラールで提供するのでムスリムの方に安心して召し上がって頂けます。

Introducing a local specialty from Yamaguchi prefecture! Let’s try with us!!

This is the 2nd event for Muslims living in Japan to eat Japanese home cooking and local dishes from all over Japan.
This time, we will prepare several dishes mainly from Yamaguchi prefecture's local cuisine “Kencho”, other Takikomi-rice and meat dumpling and so on.
There are many unique dishes all over Japan that even Japanese people do not know.

It will be provided in Halal under the guidance of Japanese Muslima so Muslims can enjoy it with peace of mind.

We welcome foreigners who want to interact with Japanese
and Japanese who want to interact with foreigners.
