Hey guys! We,SIVIO, are organizing HALLOWEEN PARTY on 10/30.
We will hold a big fancy-dress contest, so get your unique costume for halloween! If you win the first prize in a contest, you get STUDIO GOLD PASS of UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN!! You can go to USJ whenever and as much as you want to with this PASS till next year. No worries, were also preparing great&nbs
p;prizes for ppl who came 2nd,and 3rd too. If you hesitate dressing up too fancy or showy, its OK to just come with a little bit of costume such as
making up or wearing something halloween-ish

Whats more, well be passing out a half-cutting playing card to you at the entrance. youll get a nice souvenir if you find the person having the pair of your card.

ENTERTAINMENT BAR BILLY is the place where many many people from overseas gather.
All Japanese students will be very happy to be a friend with you!
