トCopyRightのアジアにおける初めてのソロエキシビジョン&STILLAS 09 A&W AFTER PARTYを開催致します。
今回のエキシビジョン"Fight of The Paper Tiger"では、日本限定リリースのハンド
メイド仕上げのプリントを含む15の最新作アートとSTILLAS とのコラボレーションアイテムを展示致します。
アーティストのライブペイントセッションはゲストDJとのコラボで行われます。
また、エキシビジョンのアート作品展示は6月25日までとなっております。

UK/Londonを中心に活躍する世界的グラフィティ／ストリートアーティスト。
UKにおけるステンシルグラフィティの中心人物として活動し続けており、ロンドンか
らニューキャッスルにおけるギャラリーやストリートにおいて彼のトレードマークで
あるバラや女性のイメージを描いている。彼のオリジナリティ溢れる作品は過去の展
示会において全て即売しており、貴重なコレクションとなっている。
エキシビジョンコンセプト：
The Fight of The Paper Tigerはそれぞれの信仰のために人々が争う残忍な戦いでは
ない。
The Fight of The Paper Tigerは我々自身の心の中の戦いである。我々の人生におい
て、勇敢に立ち向かわなければならない瞬間があり、我々が愛するもの、守るべきも
のの為に戦うことを余儀なくされる瞬間、 また、弱い人間が勇敢に立ち上がる瞬間
というものが存在する。
そこには多くの痛みや犠牲が伴い、失うものも少なくない。銃やお金、宗教といった
サポートを求めてはいけない。
これは自分自身の孤独な戦いである。トレーニングなど存在しない、今、戦士として
立ち上がれ！！
それでは会場にてお会いできるのを楽しみにしております。
Dear All,
You are invited to the Opening Night of UK Artist Copyright's first solo
exhibition in Asia at Club Axxcis in Tokyo, Japan on June 18th 2009. "Fight
of The Paper Tiger" will feature 15 new works of art including an exclusive
limited edition hand finished diptych print. Copyright's live painting
session will be accompanied by guest DJs spinning into the wee hours of the
morning. The exhibition runs through June 25th.

The Fight of The Paper Tiger is not a brutal bloody battle of people
fighting for the beliefs of men in suits they will never meet. The Fight of
The Paper Tiger is a battle within our hearts. It's the times in our lives
we must put on a brave face, when we are forced to fight for the things we
love. When weak men can stand tall and strong men can fall.
There will be heartache, there will be casualties, and there will be loss.
Guns won't help you, money won't support you, and religion wont save you.
This battle you must fight alone. There will be no training. You are a
soldier now, start fighting!!
Copyright has been a big part of the stencil graffiti movement in the UK,
gracing galleries and covering the streets from London to Newcastle with his
trademark roses and sexy female imagery. His original artwork and prints
have sold out at past shows and become a part of many high profile
collections.
