聖なる女性性を祝う時、私たちは互いに自らの存在の豊かさを体験し、表現することをサポートしあいます。そして、内なる光を耕し、滋養を与えます。ワークではダンス、ムーブメント、ヴォイス、シェアリング、セレモニー、瞑想、ムードラ（印）、そして思いやりを持ったタッチなどを扱います。また、神話の“女神の元型”からインスピレーションを受け取ります。たとえば、“アマテラス”は太陽（自らの光を回復し世界へと戻る、低エネルギーや鬱などに対処する力）の象徴。“弁財天”は流れるものすべて（水、スピーチ、ダンス、音楽など）。そしてギリシャ神話の“デメテル”は、肥沃さとライフサイクルを司る母なる女神…。“PiaSoma”をテーマに、聖なる女性性とからだとの関わりを、気づきと感謝とともに強めていきます。（女性ならどなたでもご参加いただけます）

Dance by its very nature is transformative and grounding! This workshop is an invitation to women to connect in the sacred circle of life and delve into the source of regenerative powers. The modalities of movement, sound and touch seek to deepen the soul connection and spark a rekindling of creativity and intuition. We will explore the feminine energy through shamanic dance, contemplation of cross cultural Goddess archetypes, and journaling. Come dance your story, express your truth, sing to the heavens, howl to the moon, and be touched by compassion. This workshop is for every woman!
