*STeLA* STeLA(Science and Technology Leadership Association) is an international student association which aims 1) to educate participants about leadership skills for solving global issues and 2) to create its original international network of future leaders in science and technological fields.

*Contents* - Leadership lectures, workshops, discussion with collaboration from MIT Leadership Center(http://sloanleadership.mit.edu/). - MIT Media Lab Sensible Organizations Project(http://web.media.mit.edu/~sandy/). During the forum, all participants will wear a small sensor which captures their communication and visualizes group dymanics from its data in order to give positive feedback to group activities and leadership trainings. - During thematic sessions, we will focus on "Military and Peaceful Use of Science and Technology" as a global issue closely linked o science and technology. Participants will have lectures, workshops, site visit, and discussion. ...and so on.
