今回のXLJapanのイベントは、XLオーストラリアのカントリーマネジャーであるPaul Dunn (ポール・ダン)氏が来日し講演を行います。
Paul Dunn氏は、数多くのコンピューター企業で敏腕を振るったビジネスコンサルタントであり、XLの中でもとても人望の厚い方です。

革新的、かつ成功を収めたいくつかのトレーニングプログラムを開発し、現在も世界数十万の企業で使われている。
2005年にXLクラブの創始者であるロジャー・ハミルトン氏に出会い、XLライフメンバーとなる。
現在は、XLクラブオーストラリアのカントリーマネジャーであり、またXLクラブアメリカでも運営の中枢を担っている。
彼の講演を聞いて、感動しない人はいないといわれるほどのスピーカーです。

Paul Dunn (Paul Dan) who is the country manager in XL Australia comes to Japan and the event of this XLJapan is lectured.
Mr. Paul Dunn is an original business consultant, and one with very thick popularity in XL in a lot of computer enterprises as for the talent.
About Paul Dunn
A lot of achievements are left in the computer industry in Australia. Afterwards, the consulting business is started up, and it has the consulting experience of the small and medium-sized enterprise of 23,000 enterprises.
The training program of reformative and shoes that want to conclude successfully is developed, and it is being used in the world several hundred thousand enterprise now.
It meets Roger Hamilton who is the initiator of the XL club in 2005, and it becomes XL life member.
It is a country manager in XL club Australia and the center of management is borne also in the XL club United States now.
