[About Prana] Prana derives from the Sanskrit word "Pra", meaning "to fill", is added to the root word, "an",("to breath" or "to live"). Referring to the underlying source of prana as the substance of life, most tangibly experienced through the one breath moving in us all. Thus, prana commonly translates as "air", "breath"," spirit", "life", "life force", "energy" and "subtle energy". Within the maps of embodiment, Prana has several sub-definitions most easily understood by upper case prana (:PRANA) as the Universal and lower case(:prana) to refer to different qualities of the one prana. Like describing the bark of a tree, its sap, branches and leaves, these different names of prana are only different aspects of prana :
