I went cycling without a break just after jogging .
I went passed Kamigo bridge .
But my battock hurts recently while cycling .

I came back arounf noon.
I ate a poor goodon for lunch .
It was the last pauch of goodon .

I felt relieved that I do not have to eat poor goodon anymore .
