Forgetfulness

I am forgetful these days .
I try to make a shopping list before I go grocery shopping .
Sometimes I leave it at my mansion even after writing it .

I often forget to buy something because I do not look at Also I write a wrong list because I do not grasp what and how much food I have in food I have in
the fridge .

I am afraid I might forget if I ate yesterday near future.
