Horizontal bar

There is a horizontal bar in a tiny park I jog to these days.
Actually there is always one or more bars in all the parks of Narita.
I always hang from the bar nowadays .

It is still hard for me to do that for more 30 seconds.
I sink it is very good for health.
I will need it at home when I move back to Ohmiya.

But I wonder how much .
