I am disgusted with some of my coleagues .
They are noot ready to assist passengers.
They are stupid .

They do not do anything other than their work.
They do not do anything for passengers regardless of working hours and non-working time.
They have to be kind to both their colleagues and passengers .

They look like Chinese 20 years ago.
I think it is the signs of national ruin.
