Lameness

I am lame in the right leg.
I got injured the other dday when I run up the stairs in the park I jog to every day.
Especially it is hard to walk down the atairs now.

It hurt me .
Last night I could not sleep well.
Maybe it is related to my age .

I am getting old .
I just want to live for 3 more years to see Tokio olympics.
