Prayer for the Day
今日の祈り
I pray that I may try to let God's power act through me today.
今日、貴方の力が私を通して働かれますように。
I pray that I may get rid of those blocks that keep His power from me.
貴方の力 を妨げる障害物を 私の中から 取り除く事が出来ます様に。
AA Thought for the Day
今日のAA
Fear and worry had me down.
恐れと心配 が私を支配していた。
They were increased by my drinking.
私の飲酒によって 此の関係は 強められた。
I worried about what I had done when I was drunk.
酔っ払った時、何をしたか?について 私は心配した。
I was afraid of what the consequences might be.
其の結果、私は 何がモタラされるか?について 恐れた。
I was afraid to face people because of the fear of being found out.
人に 私の秘密 が知られている事を恐れて、人に 会う事を恐がった。
Fear kept me in hot water all the time.
恐怖は 四六時中 私を攻め立てた。
I was a nervous wreck from fear and worry.
此の 恐れと心配 から私の神経は ボロボロになった。
I was a tied-up bundle of nerves.
緊張は 極限に達していた。
I had a fear of failure, of the future, of growing old, of sickness, of hangovers, of suicide.
失敗を恐れ･未来を恐れ･老いる事を恐れ･病気を恐れ･二日酔いを恐れ･自殺を恐れて いた。
I had a wrong set of ideas and attitudes.
今になってみると 私は 随分間違った考えと 思い込みに 縛られていたのだ。
When AA told me to surrender these fears and worries to a Higher Power, I did so.
AAが 此れ等の 恐れと心配を ハイヤーパワーに預ける様に と私に言ってくれた時、私は 言われた通りにした。
I now try to think faith instead of fear.
今、私は 恐れの代わりに 信仰に生きよう!としている。
Have I put faith in place of fear?
私は 恐れを捨て、其の代わりに 信仰を 持ち始めているか?
Meditation for the Day
今日の黙想
Spiritual power is God in action.
霊的な力は 神が 働かれている事によるモノである。
God can only act through human beings.
神は 人間を通して 活動される。
Whenever you, however weak you may be, allow God to act through you, then all you think and say and do is spiritually powerful.
どんな時でも、たとえ その人が どんなに弱くても、その人を通して 神が 働かれる事を求めるなら、その人の 考え･言葉･行為 の全てが 霊的に 力 有るモノとなる。
It is not you alone who produces a change in the lives of others!
他の人々の 生命に 生気をモタラすモノは、人間の力 ダケでは無い。
It is also the Divine Spirit in you and working through you.
其れは 其の人の中に在る 聖なるスピリット(霊)であり、其の人の 霊の働きによるモノ でもある。
Power is God in action.
力は 神の 働かれている事によるモノだ。
God can use you as a tool to accomplish miracles in people's lives.
神は 人々の生命に 奇跡を行う道具として、私を 御使いになる事が出来る。
