私は、伝道活動を通して、色々な人と関わり、向き合って来ました。その中で、自分に対して自信を持てず、否定的なセルフ・イメージ（自我像）を持っている人が意外に多いことに気付きました。一見、強がっていても、心の奥底では、「自分には価値がない」と感じ、未来への希望やワクワクするような夢を持っていません。すばらしい人なのに残念だなーと感じます。

どうしてそうなってしまったのでしょうか？　原因は色々あると思いますが、第一に考えられるのは、両親から語られた言葉の影響です。次に、学校の先生や友達から語られた言葉の影響です。そして、大人になって、会社や組織、地域や配偶者などとの人間関係の中で語られた言葉の影響を受けています。

セルフ・イメージが低い人は、自分のセルフ・イメージを証明するかのような行動をし、生き方をします。そして、ギャンブルをしたり、快楽を求めたり、不倫をしたり、アルコールや麻薬などの中毒になったり、暴力や性犯罪に手を染めたり、問題を起こしたり、人が嫌がるような生き方をしてしまいます。自分には、そう言う生き方がふさわしいと考え、結果として、そういう行動を取るようになります。

低いセルフ・イメージを持っている人は、実は、間違った情報によって、マインド・コントロールされています。マインド・コントロールは、カルト宗教だけではなく、多くの人がいつの間にか受けているのです。何とかして、低いセルイメージをもたらせる否定的で間違った情報から脱出し、正しいセルフ・イメージを持たなければなりません。

誰でもできる初歩的な方法は、聖書の言葉によって、自分を励まし、ほめることです。「私は、神に愛されている！」「私には、価値がある！」「私には、無限の可能性がある！」「私は、勝利者だ！」･･･と繰り返し、自分に語りかけてみるのです。気が付いたら、新しい正しい情報が古い間違った情報を追い出して、セルフ・イメージが変わっているはずです。しかし、これは繰り返し繰り返しやり続ける必要があります。

私の友人は、鏡を見て、鏡の向こう側にいる自分自身に向かって、「素敵だよ。」「最高だよ。」「美しいよ。」と微笑みながら声をかけるそうです。洗面所の鏡、トイレの鏡、お風呂の鏡、どんな鏡の前でもいつもそうしていると、自分がすばらしい存在と思えて来て、大好きになるそうです。これも、やり続ける必要があります。飽きっぽい人にはなかなか至難の業です。

しかし、セルフ・イメージを根本から変える方法があります。それは、あなたを愛しておられる神と出会うことです。神と和解し、神の愛を受ける時に、自分が価値ある存在であり、すばらしい存在であると気付き、気が付いたら、自然に自分を好きになっています。気が付いたら、健全なセルフ・イメージが自分のものとなっています。そうしたら、本当の自分自身となり、生まれ変わり、人生をやり直すことが出来ます。

伝道をし、人が神と出会い、救われて天国のパスポートを手にして喜び、自分自身を好きになり、幸せで、すばらしい人生を生き始める姿を見る時に、全ての苦労を忘れてしまうほどうれしくなります。

最後に、私はみなさんのことが大好きです。神様がすばらしい出会いを与えて下さり、毎日楽しい交流が出来ることを感謝しています。すばらしい一日でありますようにお祈りをしています。感謝を込めて。



"The fact lover?"

I concern various people through mission activity, and it's confronted, and I have come. You couldn't have a confidence to yourself in it, and I noticed that there are a lot of people who hold a negative self image surprisingly. Even if I'm pretending to be tough seemingly, I feel "It's worthless for itself." and don't have a request in the future and an excited dream at deep inside at the heart. Though I'm a wonderful person, it's regrettable, is felt.

Why was it so? I think there is cause variously, but the one considered at first is influence of the word told from my parents. Next influence of the word told from a teacher at school and a friend. It'll be an adult, and I undergo influence of the word told in the firm, the organization and the human relations with the area and the spouse.

A short person does the behavior as if the self image is proved, and a self image does a life-style. I do gambling, ask a pleasure, do immorality, get addicted to alcohol and a drug, begin violence and sex crime, raise a question and do the life-style a person dislikes. I come to think the life-style which says so is suitable for itself and get such behavior as a result.

Actually, a person who holds a low self image is brainwashed by wrong information. Brainwashing is the one many people receive all too soon as well as religious cult. I have to escape from the negative and wrong information which can bring a low cell image somehow and hold a right self image.

The elementary way everyone can be done is to encourage and praise oneself by a Biblical word. "I'm loved by Jin!" "I'm valuable!" "I have an infinite possibility!" "I'm a winner!" and, repeatedly, I'll speak to myself. If noticing, new right information drives old wrong information, and a self image should be different. But you have to keep doing this repeatedly repeatedly.

My friend opposes himself who looks at the mirror and has in the other side of the mirror, and "It's nice." "It's best." "It's beautiful.", it's said that they speak while smiling. One seems to be always doing that with wonderful existence, and Kagami of a mirror in the restroom, a mirror in the restroom and the bath comes in front of every kind of mirror, and it's said that they come to like very much. It's also necessary to keep doing this. It's quite difficult art for a fickle person.

But there is a way to change the self appearance from foundation. That's to meet Jin loving you. If one notices it's the existence which has value and wonderful existence and notices being reconciled with a god and when receiving love of a god, I come to like oneself naturally. If I notice, a sound self image is oneself's. Then it's true oneself and is reborn, and it's possible to redo a life.

A person evangelizes and comes to meet a god, be flattered to be rescued with the passport of the heaven in the hand and like oneself, and when judging the form that I begin to be happy and live through a wonderful life, I become so happy that all trouble is forgot.

I like everyone very much at the end. God gives me a wonderful encounter, and being able to interchange happily every day is appreciated. A prayer is being done as it is wonderful one day. Please include thanks.
