Welcome to learn Japanese, this Community is here for people who want to learn Japanese, teach Japanese, or talk about the Japanese Language. Here are some recommended links to sites on the net which could be helpful to learning Japanese.

This site is very good; it has a translator dictionary and all the links you could ever want.

http://j-talk.com
This is an online Blog site which is available in Japanese and English it also has a number of other features like a Kanji training system where you can make your own list of characters you want to learn and a Japanese translator which can translate a word, block of text, or entire web site by showing the hiragana reading and English translation when you hover the mouse over the character.

This is a link to the Meguro language centre site which has a long list of PDF practice tests for kanji and vocab etc.

I will divide the chat topics into the following main topics:
Introductions – tell the other members about yourself
Kanji – any questions about Kanji, writing, reading etc
Words – if you want clarification about the meaning of a word, or kanji compound
Grammar – particles, verbs and nouns¡Ä Oh my!
Funny – any funny multi lingual experience you want to share.
Music – song lyrics and translations or explanations
Culture – about Japan

If you can¡Çt fit your questions into these main options then you can make another topic, but try to keep the topics general¡Ä
