Mona Chulos is a great restaurant/Bar/Cafe. I mean great.
It's simply one of the best in Matsumoto.

It's a Spanish restaurant that serves tapas, paella and other Spanish dishes along with fresh ham cut off the bone by their expert chef, not to mention their delicious cakes for after.
タパス、パエリア等のスペイン料理を楽しめます。ハモンセラーノはシェフちなちゃんが毎回注文を受けてから、ナイフで切り出してくれます。食後のPostreもお忘れなく。
They also have lots to drink: they have different beers on tap including Guiness and the barman is an expert cocktail maker. What is more, Mona Chulos has a very wide range of Spanish wines and of course, sherry. The barman will demonstrate the tradtitonal and flamboyant Spanish style of pouring and offer advice about which you should taste next.

The restaurant is located in the heart of the city and is spacious enough to accomadate wedding parties but cosy and intimate enough for a romantic dinner for two. If, on the other hand, you want just to pop in for a quick aperatif, then the high tables and bar are perfect.
The staff are one big happy family and are well-known for their friendly and warm service. They always try to make everyone's visit pleasant and comfortable.
