We have had a meeting at Mister Donut for more than 10 years.
The staff at MisterDonut in Imaike told me that we should consider if the morning voice continue there. The points she pointed is as follows:
1) the meeting is sometimes too noisy to interfere with an activity of another people. 2) it is too long to stay there.
We have to discuss whether we change our schedule, and where we should move to another place. I'd like to know your opinion here in English.
I will meet a staff at MisterDonut in Imaike tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. So, I'd like to know your opinion as soon as possible.

Title: We will be able to have a meeting at MisterDonut in Imaike, but time schedule should be changed.
I met a staff at MisterDonut in Imaike. We discussed our problems. Basically, she told me that we can keep meeting there, and she welcomes to us on Sunday morning. However, it is also true that MisterDonut had a complaint by some customers against our group. A family couldn't have seats on Sunday. To solve this problem, we will keep space as small as possible. And, we will finish meeting at 11:30, since it is busy around noon in general. If it is still busy at 11:30, we may change 11:00 in future. We were sometimes too noisy. To solve this problem, we should be careful to talk. If you find that someone in our group is excited, please tell him or her to be calm and speak with quiet voice.
At MisterDonut in Imaike, the morning voice will be started at 8:30 am and finished at 11:30 from this weekend.
