オフショア開発っ、インド！！コミュのJapanese ability of Indian engineer for off-shoring job in Japan、日本でオフショア業務を行う上でのインド人ＩＴ技術者の日本語能力について

Name of our company is Kuliza, whose CEO is graduated from India institute of technology (iit Alumni), and central office is Bangalore.
We can develop software on application, SCM, Database and Web by using Java/J2EE, Oracle, C and OS (Linux/Windows) for sectors of medical, finance, factory automation and mobile phone.

Kuliza has worked off-shoring job with U.S. IT companies. As the next step, I would like to start off-shoring job in Japan.

Japanese ability of our engineers is not so high level, thus, we try to learn language and culture on Japanese.
And also, we will employ some engineers that can communicate Japanese and English in Bangalore.

Thus, I want to know Japanese ability to work with Japanese companies.
If possible, that of native level is needed for the job.

But, as the first step, despite of our engineers without high level Japanese ability, I want to know (or get) off-shoring with Japanese companies.

I am happy if I can get information or advice for positive thinking.

現在、日本語かつ英語ができるエンジニアをバンガロールで採用する予定であると同時に、エンジニアの日本語トレーニングも行っていく予定です。

そこで、日本語能力ってどの程度、求められるのでしょうか？まあ、可能ならばネイティブレベルでしょうが、まずはあまり日本語レベルが高くないインドITエンジニアでも、日本でできる仕事ってないでしょうかね？
