I watched the news on television. For the first time
I have known an election of a governor of Tokyo will
be done in April. Now Mr.Ishihara is a governor of
Tokyo, but his estimation is not so good. Indeed he is
an able politician, but recently they say he is
autocratic.

Mr.Asano was the former governor of Miyagi Prefecture,
and now he is a professor of Keiou University.
Perhaps Mr.Asano will decide to be a candidate against
Mr.Ishihara. The Democratic Party of Japan will
recommend him.

Defference of Japanese society hasn't been resolved.
Population of Tokyo are about 10 million, and the
budget is about 13 trillion yen. It's like one nation.
Mr.Asano said Tokyo should be the town where weak
people can also live easily.

Wealth is being gathered to Tokyo, but there is
difference even in Tokyo. If Mr.Asano will be
a governor, the fact will encourage the Democratic
Party of Japan. Until now LDP has governed Japan, and
it was successful.

But from now on, it's better we have the system of two
big political parties. Times are changing, and so we
have big concern about the election of the House of
Councilors in this summer.
