Would you like to stay in South of France near Provence for free?
Would you like to learn either French or English for free?

I’m a native 42 years old French man located in Nimes, a Roman town, 50km away from the sea side and Montpellier. I am currently sharing my house with my Japanese friend. We are working on it to make a guest house to welcome travelers.

So I need someone to help me in exchange of free food and accommodation. I’m looking for an open-minded guy maximum 35 years old, with a good personality, clean and please not lazy. You must be willing and capable to handle physical works. You will help me with painting, gardening, some building works, digging out my garden to enlarge it etc… Working hours are not set up but you may expect an average of 40 hours a week. You shall not expect any salary…but a reward in getting new skills.

Please feel free to ask any further clarification you wish. I am very open-mined and handyman. I will offer you the chance to develop various manual skills competency, cooking skills and improve your speaking ability to be more self-confident. I have spent 7 years studying English in London and past the Cambridge Proficiency exam.

I would like to learn Japanese and can speak it a bit but I cannot read it at all. So, please contact me either in English or in French. If you cannot manage English or French, you can write to me in Japanese. I will ask my friend to reply. I can welcome beginner but only with strong will to learn.　Please, note that I cannot provide any help with visa application

私は42歳のフランス人男性で、ローマ時代からあり地中海やモンペリエからそれぞれ約50kmのところに位置するニームという町に住んでいます。今は、私の家で生活している日本人の友人と、私の家をゲストハウスにする計画に取り組んでいます。

そこで無料で食事及び住居を提供しますので私を手伝ってくださる方を探しています。
応募いただく方の人物像としては、性格が良く清潔で怠惰ではないそして偏見のない35歳以下の男性で、体力仕事をしっかりとやっていただける方を希望します。
仕事内容としては、ペンキ塗り、ガーデニング、改築工事の手伝い、土おこしや石運びなどがあります。労働時間は決まっておりませんが平均として週40時間程度働いていただくと思います。お給料はお支払いできませんが、新しい技術を身につけていただくことができます。

何かご質問があればお気軽にご連絡ください。私はとても寛容な性格で、色々なスキルを持っています。もしこちらに来ていただければ、大工仕事や料理、会話力向上など様々なスキルを身につけるいい機会になると思います。わたしはロンドンで7年間英語を勉強し、ケンブリッジテストのプロフィシエンシーレベルに合格しました。

私は日本語を勉強したいと思っており、少しだけ日本語を話すことができますが、読むことは全くできませんので、できれば英語またはフランス語でメッセージをください。英語やフランス語に自信のない方は日本語のメッセージでもかまいません。その場合は日本人の友人が返信をします。語学力が初級レベルの方から受け入れ致しますがしっかりと語学を勉強されたいという強い意志を持っている方に限ります。またビザ申請のお手伝いをすることはできません。
