2. Male riders' entry application:

3. Junior/Female riders' entry application:
From 20:00 of Saturday 29th March 2014 until 23:59 of 4th April 2014

4. Supporters' shuttle bus & " Wheel bus" service application:
From 20:00 of Tuesday 1st April 2014 until 23:59 of 13th April 2014

5. "Executive Service" application:
From 12:00 of Sunday 20th April 2014 until 23:59 of 7th May 2014
