But does anybody know like at what time and exactly where we're supposed to go for it???

The professor's office??
Would they send us an e-mail or something???

Plz help me out!!! I'm soooo scared I'm gonna really mess up with my credits...(￣ロ￣lll)

Maybe you can call the 学生センター.
I think it's the best and the safest way.
I heard that you can already pick up the forms for the compulsory courses and so on tomorrow and a few people are gonna be there. So if you are anxious about your credits, I would go tomorrow and find everything out. But unfortunately, I don't know at what time. If you wanna know at what time you can pick up the forms, ask Yoshiko (if you know her) because she is gonna be there tomorrow.

The group one on the 26th is only for new students I think. Otherwise you are supposed to schedule an appointment!
