If it does not resolve the issue then may you please follow the steps below:
1. Launch Parallels desktop and start Windows.
2. Uninstall Parallels tools from programs and features(start menu/control panel)
3. Restart Windows and install Parallels tools from virtual machine tab on top menu bar and after installation, restart Windows.
4. After Windows is restarted, shut it down from start menu, quit Parallels and restart Mac.
5. Once Mac is restarted, go to System Preferences(from Apple logo on top left corner)-Sharing-Internet and turn off Apple Internet sharing;
6. Launch Parallels desktop but don't start Windows. Now, click on Virtual Machine -> Configure -> Hardware -> click on Network adapter and remove it by clicking "-" sign which is remove button at left bottom corner and then add it by clicking "+" sign and set the network type to Shared and click OK.
7. Now start Windows and go to start menu control panel/network and sharing.
8. In network and sharing, select Local Area Connection and click on View status and enable it if it is disabled.
9. And on left, click on Manage network connections, right click(control+click or control+shift+click) on LAN icon and select properties, select Internet protocol version 6, click on properties, select Obtain IPV6 automatically and Obtain DNS servers addresses automatically and click OK.
Do the same for internet protocol version 4.
Also, try changing the networking type to Bridged Ethernet with default adapter(or Airport if you are using it) in Configuration Editor/Network Adapter.
If it does not resolve the issue then start the virtual machine. Click on Start -> Run and follow the steps below:
1) Click Start -> Run -> cmd.exe and type in the appeared window command "ipconfig /all". Send me the output.
2) on Mac start /Application/Utilities/Terminal and execute command "ifconfig -a". Send me the output.
