東京メトロ東西線の南行徳駅から徒歩7分、市川市の閑静な住宅地に2008年5月オープンしたばかりの新築ゲストハウスです。
5路線が利用可能なターミナル駅である大手町まで20分、六本木までは34分でアクセスできます。
室内は新築で大変きれいな上、また週に2回、プロのクリーニングが入りますので大変清潔です。
全ての部屋は、IKEAの家具でモダンテイストにセットされ、寝具まで付いていますので、すぐに快適な生活を始められます。
42インチのプラズマTVに、スカイパーフェクトTV見放題、無料ワイヤレス高速インターネット、共用のコンピューター、プリンター、最新式洗濯乾燥機（洗濯から乾燥まで全自動）、システムキッチン、2箇所の無料シャワールーム、各階にトイレと洗面所を備えています。
駅周辺には大型100円ショップやスーパーマーケット、クリーニング店など買い物、生活施設がたくさんあり、とても便利です。

This newly built 9 room guesthouse just opened in May 2008, and is just 34 minutes from Roppongi Station, and 20 minutes from Otemachi Station (Tokyo Station).
At Otemachi Station, there are 5 major Tokyo lines available. The minimum stay is 3 months.
The house is ultra modern, beautiful inside with IKEA furniture for residents.
In addition, the house is cleaned two times a week by professional cleaners. All rooms are completely furnished.
There is a 42 inch plasma TV in the living room, free movie channels, free wireless hi-speed internet, free business center (desktop computer work station with printer, scanner, copier for everyone’s use), latest style drum type washer and dryer (free), integrated kitchen system with a large refrigerator, 2 free showers, 3 bathrooms.
Quiet residential area, just 6 minutes from Minami-Gyotoku train station, next to a large park that has a special cork surface jogging course, several grocery stores and a large 100 yen (dollar) coin shop, bicycle distance from a department store and movie theatre.
