Hello. I'm looking for a female roommate. I am a fifth-year PhD student in English.
The lease begins on July 15th, but either August 1st or August 15th may work.
Two-bedroom apartment.
The current rent: $565 ($285 for EACH) plus electricity and Internet (Heat and Water included)

Distance: 6.5 miles from North Campus, approximately 13 minutes by car.
Neighborhood: quiet and clean.
Off street parking
Laundry: located on the first floor of the building
Non-smoking & no-pet.

I can offer a large bookcase and desk with a chair. Also, we can share some furniture in the
