'This double CD is anthology of Caravan's best recorded work for the BBC between 1968 and 1975. Featuring recently discovered Stereo versions of "Nine Feet Underground" and "Feelin' Reelin' Squealin' " recorded for John Peel and the band's previously unissued 1973 "In Concert" broadcast.' 'Universal are releasing, via the Decca label, a live album of recordings from the archives of the BBC. The album features recordings from the BBC, covering the period 1968- 1975. In view of the fact that almost all the material is already available on 'Ether Way', 'Songs for Oblivion Fisherman', 'Green Bottles for Marjorie' and BBC 'In Concert' Albums, this may be for completists only. These albums also feature tracks not included on Show of Our Lives. Even the inclusion of the Paris Theatre Concert (not on the above CDs) is something of a disappointment as only 3 tracks appear. The full concert was actually broadcast on BBC 6 music earlier this year. Confusingly an obscure album with the same title, with rather poor quality live recordings from unknown sources appeared on Mooncrest in 1998.'(from CARAVAN's Official HP)
