このため、２０１１／３／２７〜５／１８の期間、このアパートに滞在したい方を募集しています。

Apartment to rent - in the city of Haarlem, very close to Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Europe :
● Available starting from 27th of March 2011 (or 1st of April) until (maximum:) 18th of May 2011.
● (For your information: this apartment is becoming available for you for rent only in this period, because the owner is going abroad on holidays for 7 weeks).
(So, the apartment can be rented, preferably for the full 7 weeks (maximum), but it's also possible to rent it only for 1 month, if preferred).
● Location: at a favorable spot near the city centre of Haarlem. (Haarlem is only a 15 minute train ride away from Amsterdam, and by bicycle you can reach the beach of Bloemendaal in only 30 minutes). The city of Haarlem is also very close to the interesting flower parks for tourists, such as the famous Keukenhof in Lisse (only 15 or 20 minutes by bus from Haarlem), and April and May are the most perfect season here to visit the flower parks!
● The apartment can be rented by 1 or maximum 2 persons.
● The apartment is fully furnished with all daily needed amenities. It includes:
- A tidy/organized living room with a king size sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, coffeetable, a large computer desk with free unlimited use of DSL internet, printer & scanner. Stereo hi-fi set for music may be used if handled with care. Free use of TV and DVD player with small movie library.
- A clean bedroom that includes a king size double bed, suitable for a couple, a large closet (wardrobe), 2 bedside tables. (Linnen needed for use of the bed is available).
- A clean bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin & tap with hot & cold water, mirror, towel rack. (Please bring your own towels).
- A clean kitchen, fully equipped with 4 gas-stove units, large refrigerator, microwave, tap with hot & cold water washbasin for dishwashing, washing machine (for clothes), waterboiler, sandwich toaster, cupboards with all needed crockery & cutlery, pots & pans, kitchen towels. (All kitchenware are available for you to use, including the washing machine).
● Free use of cold & hot water, electricity, kitchen gas and apartment heating. (no extra charges for you).
● Rent charges: - for 1 month: 975 euro, (everything included !)
- for 7 weeks: 1495 euro, (everything included!)
It does not matter if you are alone, or want to stay here as a couple (2 persons maximum), the rent charges are the same.
(You don't need to pay any tax, or any other extra charges or fees).
● Rent payment method: at least half of the rent must be paid upon arrival, the second half ultimately at the end of your stay. The rent can be paid through bank or cash, whatever you prefer.
● Important: You must arrive at the apartment in Haarlem before 1st of April 2011, but preferably on the 26th of March, otherwise the apartment cannot be rented anymore. Best arrival date is 26thth of March. (In case you prefer to arrive on the 27th of March or later, please write me an email to request this as soon as possible!).
