少し聞こえるようになってきました。
uh... theyのあと、justを保留したらk..r..bと聞こえるので "described"?
改めて今の聞き取りを書きだしてみます。

もうひとつ further and then の 'then' も抜けてます、
そそっかしくてすみません。 ^^；
describe以下を聞き直してみました。
過去のdはないような気がします。
であれば 'describe' the protocol ____ there 'will' be
下線は音的には that に聞こえますが、thatが前後の意味を
どう繋いでいるか見えません（泣）
and that？2つの事柄(prototypeと現場にいる隊員のこと）を
describeしてるのでしょうか？
