Dear Colleagues,

I am making a video montage of memories, anecdotes, and good luck messages for Helene Houben, who is officially leaving ISB this year. I would really like as many of her colleagues and friends as possible to contribute to the montage by recording a SHORT message (anywhere between 10 seconds and a minute long) that could be included in the video.

If you know Helene, please could you take a few minutes to record a personal message for her so that she will have a lasting memory of her friends and colleagues at ISB? Please feel free to make a group or departmental video if you would like to.

All you have to do is:

· Record your anecdote, memory or message on any digital snapshot camera (maximum 1 minute long, preferably 10 – 30 seconds)
· Send it to me by email stephensk@isb.be or drop it into the shared folder: MS Shared/Class folders/STEPHENS VIDEO MONTAGE

If you need someone to film you, members of the MS ELD department would be very happy to help. Room 406 will be a video booth every lunch time next week, so you can just drop by and get yourself filmed.

If you would rather record your message yourself and need to borrow a camera, Dante is willing to lend them out for short periods.

It would be really great if everyone who knows Helene could take part in this project. Your anecdote doesn’t have to be funny. It could be a simple memory or good luck message. It also doesn’t need to be edited as we can edit it as we put the montage together.

If you are going away on a field trip in June, please send me your clip by Friday, May 31st.
If you’re here during the field trips, please could you get it to me by Friday, June 7th.
