WANNA BE IN THE NEW JUNIOR SENIOR VIDEO?!?

"Can I Get Get Get"
Hey there,
Wanna perform in the new Junior Senior video?
We have met so many great people throughout the world who have enjoyed our music, come to our shows and had a blast with us. Most of the time we never get to know you very well, even though a lot of you get to know us through our music. On our new album we have a song called "Can I Get Get Get (To Know You Better, Baby)". It's a kind of duet between Senior and JD from Le Tigre. We are so excited about this track that we wanna do our own video for it, and we'd love all our friends and fans to participate in it, so if you would like to be a part of a Junior Senior video, here is what you can do:
1) Download "Can I Get Get Get" on mp3 + the lyrics from this site.
The sound is lo-rez but you'll be able to hear the song
well enough to perform/lip-sync it yourself.
2) Download the "performance contract" via one of these links:

CONTRACT.PDF
For legal reasons our record label Crunchy Frog has to own the rights to your performance
and your recording of the songs in order to be able to use your footage in
the final video and send it out to TV-stations etc. Please, this is
obnoxious but VERY important. Without this document there is no reason to
even view your submission, so please remember to download, print and fill it out.
3) Get your miniDV video camera out of the closet, we can only use miniDV
format. MiniDV is the most common standard for camcorders today. Put the
song on your mp3-player, CD-player, boombox or something else that you can
use for playback.
4) Start recording your submission to the official Junior Senior "Can I Get
Get Get" video. Here is what we would like to get back from you:
a) you (and/or your friend, or whatever - keep your imagination open!) performing the song, we would like you to do it in some location where you live that is somehow
remarkable and emblematic of your town or country (for instance in Paris: the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre etc, in New York: Central Park, in the subway etc - but if you live in a
small-town in the middle of nowhere maybe outside the local grocery store is the best
place, you get the idea). And as you might know, a little theme of our album is yo-yo's, so we would be happy if you would play the yo-yo at one point, but it's not a must.
b) your performance of the song should be pretty close up, so we can see your
face and your expressions better but also a performance where we can see where
you and your background environment etc.
c) a snippet of tape where you talk to the camera and tell us who you
would really like to know better and why (a movie star, the girl/boy next
door - could be anybody). If you do not speak English or don't feel
comfortable speaking English we still encourage you to send us your
performance of the song and to talk in whatever language your comfortable with (but it's not a must for being part of the video!).
5) Send the tape, the "performance contract" and your own address in a
package labeled "Jr Sr CIGGG" to

The deadline is March 15th, so get moving, folks!
Everyone who is chosen to be part of the video will receive a signed copy of our new album "Hey Hey My My Yo Yo" and tickets to our next show in your town.
We are hoping that a lot of people will think this is a fun idea and have
the time and enthusiasm to make a submission. We think it can become a
really great come together-kinda video, which is very much the spirit of our band.
