Japanese people often eat not only rice dishes
but also noodle especially "Soba","Udon",and "Rahmen"
which are inexpensive.(sometime little expensive...(^^;)
Many people can enjoy a wide variety of noodle dishes
by changing the combination of soup and ingredients.
Noodle dishes reflect the sense of taste of the general
Japanese people! I think...(^^)

I like "Soba" so much. I also like the waiting time
after the order of "Soba",because I can drink Japanese
Sake at that time...(^^; That is good time!!!

Yeah! I agree. Yakisoba is really good.
We Japanese recognise special feeling when eat like that foods at festival...I think.(^^;
There are some special spices in it,may be!
