I'm living at Toyama. Toyama is local city at Hokuriku region. Maybe...the distance from Tokyo is about 400 kilometers.
This Toyama faces the sea,and is very near from the mountain. So we have many products from the sea and mountain. Especially,the products from the sea are really amazing!
sometime lived at TOKYO and united stats for couple years.but i know toyama is so nise plase for me.acutually i dont know why a lot of toyama people dosent like this plase.maybe those kind people dosent understand what a beautifull plase you liveing it.It is ridiculous.
good morning!
it's the first time for me to write in a topic like this.
i live in chiba city for a year.
last week, i saw the Mt,Fuji from chiba! it was very beautiful!!!
I live in Vancouver, Canada. Like Chiba, I'm close to the water and the mountains as well. We can go to the beach and go snowboarding all in the same day! Vancouver is a very multicultural city, which also means we have fabulous food from all ethnicities. A lot of my friends from Japan think we have better sushi than the ones in Japan! ;-)
I've visited Chiba and Sendai many years ago when I was in school... as well as Tokyo (of course), Osaka, Nagoya, Kyoto, etc. But I don't remember much...
At this community,there are some people who live or know Chiba!(^^)
My wife's parents'home is Yachiyo city Chiba prefecture.So I went to there several times.
And...Chiba prefecture has a big resort"Tokyo Disney Land". My wife and son like TDL very much,so they go to there frequently.(^^;
Thanks for the info, Hiro! I think it's a bit more expensive than the Disney resorts in Florida and California. But I guess Tokyo's cost of living is more expensive overall anyway.
