University of OregonコミュのHousemate Wanted/ハウスメイト募集

A friend of mine is looking for a third housemate to share a three bed room house. The room is available now!

家賃月280ドル！！
オレゴン大学の大学院生二人（アメリカ人＋日本人）と、3人部屋のアパートをシェアしませんか。二人とも女性ですが、男性でもかまいません。
部屋は小さめですが、フルサイズのベッド、机、ランプ、ごみ箱など備え付けてあります。
キッチン用品、食器類、洗濯機、乾燥機など完備していますので、まだこちらに来たばかりで物が少ない人にもぴったりです！！他に、High speed internetとケーブルテレビもついています。また、猫が一匹おります（これ以上のペットは飼ってはいけないことになっていますので、ペット持ち込みはできません）。

場所：25番とPotter Streetで、キャンパスまで歩いて15分、バスで10分、また、ＬＴＤの81番のバス停が近くにあるので、ＬＣＣに通うのにもとても便利です。

家賃のほかに：契約はmonth to monthで、Depositは100ドル。光熱費、水道代、ごみ、電話、ケーブル/internet 代などで月に５０~７０ドルのUtilityを支払うことになります。

We’re looking for someone who likes to have a good time but is also clean, respectful & responsible. We have one cat (No other pets). Month to month rental agreement. Neighborhood is really quiet. (Great for studying.)
