HOTELS A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the hotels nearby and are as follows:

Salad Garden Salad Garlic ranch and Balasamic vinagrette
Entrée Braised Short Rib with Guinness Reduction: Boneless beef short rib braised until tender in roasted vegetables and Guinness stout. Creole Stuffed Chicken Breast: Boneless chicken breast stuffed with Andouille sausage, mushrooms and onions oven roasted and topped with spicy cream sauce. Vegetarian Ravioli: Sun dried tomato and spinach ravioli with a classic marinara sauce.
All entrees include seasonal vegetables and roasted rosemary red potatoes. Package includes rolls and butter, freshly brewed coffee with choice of decaf, herbal tea, iced tea with lemon and water service.

BEVERAGE All beverage purchases will be made by CASH ONLY. Cash bar: There will be two bars set up for credit cards. Bottles of red, white, and blush may be purchased at all bars.
SALES The bars will open from 1800 – 0100 (except during the ceremony).
Other alcoholic beverages purchased outside the Expo Center are not permitted at or near ball activities. You may possess and consume outside purchased alcohol in hotel rooms only. There will be no underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at the ball. Violation of this policy will be dealt with.
PHOTOS Professional photographers will be located at the Expo Center for formal pictures by My Easy Photo Photography. They will be available from 1800 - 2300.
SAFETY Service members and their guests will make adequate preparation and arrangements for their safe commute to and from the Ball. Designate Non-Drinking drivers and carpool. Do not allow anyone to drive if he/she is unable to safely drive due to fatigue, intoxication or any other reason. 44-passenger buses will be available to service members and guests, departing from the Marsh Center at 1600, 1630, and 1700 for the Expo Center. One bus departs the Expo Center at 2400 and one at 0100. Each returning bus will return to the Marsh Center. For non-military members riding buses, a hold harmless agreement will be signed at the time of boarding.
BALL This year’s ball gift/memento will be an engraved carafe and a coin bottle opener.

CHILD CARE ARRANGEMENTS FOR NIGHT CARE
Child Care Services maybe arranged at the Quantico Child Development Center for scheduled Night Care. Hours of our services will be arranged by individual commands. A minimum of 15 children must be registered for care; otherwise these services will not be available. The cost (flat rate) will be as follows: Available between the hours of 1600 - 2400
COST: 8 Hours $32.00, each additional child per family $22.00 6 Hours $24.00, each additional child per family $12.00
Parents will need to provide a sack dinner and the CDC will provide a small snack before bedtime (cookies and milk for 2-year-olds and younger; popcorn and juice for the 3-year-olds and older). Parents will need to provide pajamas, blankets or sleeping bag, and the CDC will provide a cot.
Infants will need pre-made bottles marked with their name, extra diapers and wipes. Each baby (12-24 months) should have baby food in an unopened jar(s) and sipping cup.
Parents will be required to pay for the entire time reserved upon making reservations. If parents do not cancel within 24 hours of the function, your payment will be forfeited.
