Not sure if it's too late but it's always the same everywhere, the goverment wants to hide it's poor and homeless people instead of offering them a solution. Once you destroy their home, where are they supposed to go? Public land is for the public. Check out the article, thought it was interesting. I been a few times to Osaka and I enjoy this area everytime, the homeless people are never a problem. What do you think? peace...LMF
