ブリストルの暮らし方コミュのフラットメート募集（１２月から）

１１月の月末にフラットメートがアメリカに引越しするから、１２月１日からダブル部屋が空いてます。

このアパートは Redland にあります。Redlandはとてもいい場所です。ちかくにテニスクラブがあるし、緑が多い。Whiteladies Roadまで７分で徒歩ができる。

家賃は３５０ポンド/月。
二人で台所、リビング、シャワーをシェアする。
電話とインターネットがただ（ＢＴで働いてるから）。
家具込み。
電気、ガスは別。
ベランダと駐車スペースもあります。
アパートは２回にあります。

自分は日本語の勉強を続けたいから、日本人フラットメートがいいなー！私がnative speakerから、英語はもちろん助けてあげる。：）

Hi I'm looking for a new flatmate from December 1st, as my current one will be leaving for America at the end of November.I live in Redland, which is a very nice area, with lots of greenery and the apartment has a tennis club nearby. It's only 7 mins walk away from Whiteladies Road.

Rent is 350 pounds a month for a double room.
Share the kitchen, living room and bathroom between 2 of us.
Phone and internet is free, as I work for BT.
Gas and electric is separate.
Furnishings, balcony and parking space included.
1st floor apartment. (That's the English 1st floor!) ;)

I'd like to continue studying Japanese, so it'd be nice to have a Japanese housemate. Obviously, as I'm a native speaker, I can help you with your English.
