INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE CIRCLEコミュのA suggestion

I observed that every time there are some members who are not so `talktive`. I would like to suggest that every time one of the members make a short speech which can be a story, news, something interesting. And then questions will be raised by other members. It can be arranged around 8:30.

I had done this sort of things during my high school and found it quite helpful.

If you guys agree with that, lets try it next week and of course we need a volunteer to start it.
